The number of people scrambling around for quick cash in the UK may decline, if recent numbers concerning unemployment in the country are to be taken at face value. Unemployment in the UK fell to 2.46 million in the three months to June, making for a very positive quarter. However, a lot of underlying pessimism continues to exist among many people in the country. A closer look at the numbers reveals many concerning facts; it is important to take all of those facts into consideration before becoming too optimistic about the state of the economy in the UK.
